When the bell rings for Christmas 2018, Santa Claus arrives at IQ on his reindeer sleigh! Our Christmas activity — “Exchanging gifts at Christmas” finished with joy and laughter.

We use the 7-meter-long IQBoard PCT to show the party introduction to our mates.

Part One

At 9:00 a.m. on December 24th, Our Company was bedecked with baubles and awash with Christmas cheer. IQ members piled small gifts they had prepared carefully under the Christmas tree.

Everybody was?very?pleased to?see?Xmas?decorations.

At 3:00 PM on December 25th, with the familiar melody of “Jingle Bells. Our Christmas activities started on time.Picked a number in the box, selected the paired gift, opened it with great interest; someone was surprised by the favorite gift while someone was amused by the spoof one. What an unforgettable memory for IQ members!

The BETT as one of the world s most influential educational exhibitions was opening in London on Jan 23. IQ appeared in red and black on this stage to present our brand image–diverse and unique.

IQ products on BETT: IQAIO 150, a smart and all-in-one interactive whiteboard integrated with built-in PC, speakers, visualizer and central control panel to cooperate with an ultra-short laser projector, plenty of visitors were attracted by its amazing dual-screen function. In addition, the new concise version of the IQAIO and wireless IQView document camera received significant attentions during the exhibition as well.

IQSchool A/V presentation area showed how to push audio and video to multiple display terminals through a single platform and the working schedules can be set to control different input and output signals. The powerful functions received a lot of praise and recognition from visitors.

On the afternoon of November 27, after the final competition of undergraduates group and junior college students group, the final competition of the postgraduates group and awards ceremony were held in NO.2 broadcasting hall of Fujian southeast TV station. Several provincial leaders, including Zhou Lianqing, the member of Standing Committee of Provincial Committee, were present and gave the guidance.

About competition system

This year, the competition highlights the theme of learning “new thoughts”, the contents of the competition closely follow Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics and four teaching materials of political theory courses in universities as well as current political affairs and the situation of Fujian province.

In the final round, the competitors went to the stage to select the question set which has a different score value and answering time. The answering channel opened at the specified time and automatically closed at the end of the time. The system can automatically check whether the answer was correct and determine whether the competitor can continue to answer the question. 25 competitors sitting in the back seats to answer questions at the same time, if they gave the wrong answers, the qualified competitors plus the corresponding points with a PK points mode.

About technical support

IQ sent an elite team to provide a complete set of the competitive solution including IQPad Interactive Response System software, ?a laptop as the server endpoint, IQPads as the client endpoints for players, wireless AP and other high-tech products developed by IQ to support the two-season knowledge competition.

IQ had developed the dedicated Interactive Response System which was according to the requirements of Fujian provincial committee of the communist party of China education working committee, Fujian university ideological and political theory course teaching steering committee and FETV. The system ran through the whole competition and shone brilliantly.

The Result

After fierce competition, Xiamen University, Fujian Business University and Zhangzhou? Health Vocational College have respectively won the group first prize of the postgraduate group, undergraduate group and junior college students group. Wang Tao from Fuzhou University, Song Shan from Fujian business school, Zhang Qingyuan from Fujian Chuanzheng Communications College have won the individual first prize of the postgraduates group, undergraduate group and junior college students group respectively.

The weathers gradually cold. Its the best time for orienteering again.

This year, the sponsor kept the secret of destination –Fu Qing NanYu village until the very last day. Early in the morning, IQ members were heading for the destination with great interests in a light rain.

Taking the bus to the destination, nearly 1,000 participants gathered in the Nanling village primary school. Everyone couldnt wait to start. This was the second time for IQ members to join in orienteering, our new colleagues were also full of expectations. Since the weather was a bit cold, the sponsors had warmly prepared local snacks for everyone. Give them a like! After snack time and getting the map, all the teams started out immediately.

Orienteering, as the name implies, with the help of maps and compasses to find specific locations. In the process, we needed to cross the village and the mountains. The roads in village were muddy after rain as well as the terraces and mountain paths. But walking in the fields and mountains to enjoy the natural farm scenery, gurgling streams and misty hills was also a kind of fun.

However, orienteering was not only a physical test, but also a battle of intelligent. The little points were hidden in unexpected places: under the bridge, on the lintel, in the field, on the branches Finding out the right place but lack of points often drove us mad. Most of us only got about 10 points in a day.

Hooray! One of our teams finished fourth in the late afternoon. How excited they were!

Through this activity, IQ members has supported each other and solved problems together. We had a deeper understanding of collaboration.
